And then he pulls away. If it’s possible, I actually liked this book better than the first one and that rarely happens with sequels. But then I came across this interview and thought it why not? Introduced to a new family she never thought she would have contact with and a home full of love and comfort, Remy begins to realize the life she could have lived if her mother had not kept her from it.

Can you say Twilight rip-off? And I didn’t like the insta-relationship she had with her grandfather. Books by Corrine Jackson. She kicks major ass and doesn’t need to wait to become a Vampire to stand up for herself. Naturally, the two find themselves irresistibly attracted to each other.

Plus, with all it had in common with Twilight The moment Super Boy meets Plain Girlsparks fly. I really liked Erin and hope we get to see her again in the next book. Obwohl ich dieses Genre mag, muss ich trotzdem oder vielleicht gerade deshalb vom Lesen abraten, denn das gibt es doch noch seeehr viel besser.

However, people are keeping secrets and there are few people that Remy can trust. Let’s start with the main character.

Freaking brilliant ending and definitely has me very very excited for the next book.

Und auch wenn nun schon einige Zeit vergangen ist, seit ich den ersten Band gelesen habe, fiel mir der Einstieg sehr leicht. Gefiel mir noch besser als der erste Teil! There is no stopping them, Touched is a great debut that I want more cogrine. Can’t wait for the next book! More than that, how to still be a person who give something back to the world. Love, love the relationship between Remy and Asher as well as the tension with Gabe.

Touched completely blew me away and totally exceeded my expectations!! For as hardened, rebellious and fortified as she was, I felt that what jcakson author was trying to get through “between the lines” was a bit lost in translation, and some of her actions did corrind always reflect her emotions and personality.

This is turning out to be one tluched my favorite YA series, and I’m glad that Kensington gave me the opportunity to try it out. By that I mean that I’ve noticed a trend where the MC is almost too heavily vested in fighting off the good things that happen.

First thing I thought of when I heard this name: Overall, a really great read! Und was hat Franc damit zu tun? Remy swears that she sees her evil twisted, sadistic, creepy and downright s Hats off to a book where the guys in the neighbourhood seem to all magically pass puberty with flying colours!

While some Protectors hunt Healers out of cruelty, fear and hatred, not every Protector feels the same degree of animosity towards Healers. Pushed continues the struggles of Remy corrinw Asher. But to seventeen-year-old Remy O’Malley, it’s more like a curse.

We were left with a bit of a cliff-hanger, but to be honest I expected that. So guess what I picked up?

Her mother refuses to leave him and when her step-father goes a little too far; Remy is sent to live with father. With that said, I thought Gabe’s nickname for Remy was adorable. Das Ende war mehr als nur unberechenbar.

By adding a new twist, there was lots of brand new action and nail-biting involved and it was interesting and fresh–nicely weaving in the world building for healers and protectors. The author did an amazing job in creating a great back round history.
